1. Engineering Privacy & Data Minimization

The NB AI • Systems & Infrastructure Engineering Lab portal (nbai.ru) is engineered following Data Minimization and Privacy by Design principles. In its current release, the portal delivers independent systems research with completely open access, without mandatory registration, hidden behavioral profiling, or tracking digital footprints.

2. Personal Data Processing (GDPR & 152-FZ Compliance)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable privacy frameworks:

• Static Web Delivery: The site operates without user databases, registration portals, accounts, commenting systems, or unsolicited mailing lists.
• Zero Data Collection: We do not solicit, aggregate, or profile personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, payment credentials).
• Controller Status: As of this release, the site does not process identifiable records and operates outside data controller registries.

3. Zero-Cookie Policy (ePrivacy Directive)

The current software release adheres to a strict Zero-Cookie principle:

• Our Nginx web daemons issue zero HTTP Set-Cookie response headers.
• Client-side JavaScript makes no access or writes to document.cookie.
• Third-party marketing or cross-site tracking cookies are absent in this build.

Under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC), consent banners are mandatory only when tracking or advertising cookies are stored. Because our portal uses no cookies in this release, intrusive cookie consent banners are omitted.

4. Client Local Storage (localStorage)

The only client-side state saved in your web browser is your interface theme preference:

This value is handled strictly locally by your browser to prevent screen flicker during navigation (Zero-FOUC). It is never transmitted across the network and cannot be tied to personal identity.

5. Third-Party Integrations, Monetization & Future Services

In its current deployment, NB AI loads no third-party web trackers (no Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, Meta Pixel). All core assets are served directly from our dedicated infrastructure.

Platform Evolution & Monetization: To support infrastructure costs and long-term sustainability, the administration reserves the right to introduce technical sponsorships, partner content, or reputable advertising networks (such as YAN / IT advertising exchanges) in future iterations. Should such commercial integrations be deployed, this policy will be promptly revised, and appropriate compliance and consent controls will be provided.

6. Technical Infrastructure Access Logs

In accordance with standard RFC 9110 network operations, the local Nginx web daemon records transient technical access logs (client IP address, timestamp, requested URI, HTTP status code, and payload size). These system logs serve exclusively for network stability and DDoS mitigation, and are automatically rotated and purged.

7. Policy Updates & Amendments

The administration reserves the right to update this Declaration as the portal evolves, new architectural capabilities are added, or legal frameworks shift. The most current version will always remain available at https://nbai.ru/en/privacy/ and takes effect upon publication.
